Technology and quality control

MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUE

To maintain the highest precision during processing, we use hydraulic or heat-shrinkable holders. Before they hit the
machine, the tools are measured with an accuracy of 0.002 mm and the radial runout is checked.

For measurements, in addition to calipers, we use precise micrometers and pasameters where the accuracy reaches
0.002mm. We use two and three-point diameters to measure the holes. The surface quality is tested with a roughness gauge.

Using the CAD Solidworks software, we have the opportunity to work on the customer’s 3D model and we can design cutting tools or multi-package assembly devices perfectly suited to the detail. For the greatest efficiency of the process, the code for the machine is generated thanks to the Hypermill program
